This policy explains what personal data Resify collects when you use getresify.com and the Resify platform, how we use it (including for analytics, marketing, and advertising), and the choices you have.

"Resify", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of getresify.com and the Resify platform (the "Services"). Resify lets accommodation operators turn an existing Airbnb or Booking.com listing into their own direct booking website.
This policy explains how Resify handles personal data in connection with the Services. For any personal data submitted, uploaded, or collected through a booking website that a customer runs on Resify (including guest booking data), the Resify customer — i.e. the host — is the sole data controller and is fully responsible for their own privacy notice, lawful basis, and responses to data subject requests. Resify acts only as a technical service provider in that context. By accessing or using the Services you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in this policy.
We collect the following categories of information when you interact with the Services:
We use the information we collect to:
Where required by applicable law, we rely on your consent (which you can withdraw at any time), the performance of a contract with you, or our legitimate interests in operating and growing the Services as the legal basis for processing.
We and our partners use cookies, pixels, tags, SDKs, web beacons, local storage, device identifiers, and similar technologies (collectively, "tracking technologies") on getresify.com, the dashboard, and the guest-facing booking sites we host, for four purposes:
You can manage non-essential tracking through the cookie preferences shown when you first visit, through your browser settings, or through industry opt-out tools. Disabling tracking may affect how the Services work for you.
We share personal data with the following categories of recipients:
We do not sell personal data in exchange for money. Some sharing with advertising and analytics partners may be considered "sharing" or "selling" under certain privacy laws; where required, you can exercise available opt-out rights as described below.
Resify and its service providers operate globally, and personal data we collect may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries outside your own, including countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. By using the Services you acknowledge and consent to these transfers.
We retain personal data for as long as is necessary to provide the Services, to comply with our legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, to enforce our agreements, and for our legitimate business purposes, including fraud prevention, analytics, and marketing. Backups, logs, and aggregated or de-identified data may be retained for longer. Specific retention periods depend on the category of data and the purpose of processing and may change from time to time.
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, and alteration. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is fully secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You use the Services at your own risk and are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict certain processing of your personal data, to object to processing, or to withdraw consent. Most actions are self-serve from your Resify dashboard — you can edit your profile, remove content, cancel your subscription, and request account deletion at any time. For anything else, email matej@getresify.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request and may decline requests to the extent permitted by law. If you are a guest whose booking data is held on a host's Resify site, the host is the controller of that data and you should contact them directly.
The Services are not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate action.
The Services may contain links to, or integrate with, websites and services operated by third parties. This policy does not apply to those third parties and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. You should review their own policies before providing personal data.
Resify may update this policy at any time at its sole discretion. The updated policy will be posted on getresify.com and takes effect immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of the Services after an update constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
